Still in Aspen

Day 53- Still in Aspen, major snow storm hit Denver/Aspen so they cancelled all the flights, including the one I was supposed to be on this morning.
Right now we are on a later flight, praying this one doesnt get cancelled.

Now I realize this has NOTHING to do with running, but I need to get this out.
Nothing like cancelled flights to test a couple, already tired and then this just adds fuel to the fire.

Shin splints seem to be feeling better, I guess the rest is helping.
After my doing my 5K, I am begining to think I may be in the wrong shoe.
I am not sure I should be in a neutral shoe with high arches that are trying to collapse and major pronation.

So I will head back to Run On or maybe Lukes Locker for new shoes.

Today is a rest day on my schedule, which works great since I am hoping to travel back home to Texas.
