It was a good running day. Went to the rec center to log some miles. 3 miles down and many more to go.
Did a mile on the elliptical to warm up and then hit the treadmill. Felt really good.
My interval training is starting to pay off. I graduated from 2 minutes running to 3 minutes.Yay me!
I ran for a solid 3 minutes at 180 bps,then walked for 1 minute and started running for 3 more minutes again.
I did this for 2 miles.
I shaved 30 seconds off my mile time. Yay!
I finally found a pair of comfortable running shorts and loving my shoes still, the Newtons are greatness.
So now that I am set clothing wise, it is time to just log miles. Stepping up my training from 4 days a week to 5 in preparation for Seattle.
